- Children: must be at least 8 years old and 120 cm (47 inches) tall to be admitted to the yellow and green trail or 130 cm tall for the blue and brown trail or 140 cm tall for the orange, red and black trail. Children under 11 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult, whereas children from 11 to 14 years must be supervised by an adult person. The permitted maximum weight per user is 120 kg (264 lbs).

The Pilatus Rope Park may close for safety reasons in the event of strong winds, rain, thunderstrom or snowfall, without any prior notice.
